This recipe is inspired by one I found here that was very highly rated. My version is scaled down and has my own twists, of course. This turned out quite well, and I'm glad I gave it a try. I can definitely see doing this again over ...

We fired up the grill for the first time this year, finally. Fresh thick asparagus spears, tiny "marble" potatoes, and little thinly cut t-bone steaks, served with some sautéed garlicky mushrooms. :-)

The traditional Irish-American dinner makes another appearance for Saint Patrick's Day. A New England Boiled Dinner is corned beef, carrots, potatoes, and cabbage simmered together for a hearty dinner that's incredibly easy to put together. See the link above for my recipe!

Tonight I made my galbi recipe with some thinly sliced beef bottom round to make bulgogi. We like the galbi much better. This was kinda jerky-like, tasty jerky, but still not the best texture for dinner :-P I served this with some steamed broccoli and ...

Dinner tonight was some very tasty beefalo burgers. Beefalo (no, that's not a typo) is a cross-breed between domestic cattle and the North American Bison. It's significantly lower in fat and somewhat higher in protein and nutrients than beef. I grilled these up in a grill pan ...
