This recipe for butter braised cabbage was a quick and easy, but not very good side dish. All I could taste was the butter; it just overwhelmed the cabbage. I like butter, but not that much. Shaun wasn't a fan either. We won't be repeating this ...

This is a first take on the famous 40 garlic clove chicken recipes out there. I started with Alton Brown's recipe, which was okay, but I was wishing for more garlic flavor in the chicken. Next time, I think I'll add the step of marinating with a garlic ...

They were short on butter this week, but got in a small harvest of gorgeous little yellow cherry tomatoes that they handed out as replacements this week, and I'll get the butter next week :-) ...
