Galbi, Roasted Zucchini, and Roasted Chanterelle Mushrooms
Monday, October 18th, 2010Dinner tonight was Galbi (Korean grilled flanken cut short ribs), roasted zucchini, and roasted chanterelle mushrooms. The chanterelles are in season here in the northwest and these were locally foraged :-) Good stuff!
