Galbi, Roasted Zucchini, and Roasted Chanterelle Mushrooms
October 18, 2010 – 5:35 pmDinner tonight was Galbi (Korean grilled flanken cut short ribs), roasted zucchini, and roasted chanterelle mushrooms. The chanterelles are in season here in the northwest and these were locally foraged 🙂 Good stuff!
