Beer Roasted Chicken
Wednesday, October 13th, 2010Tonight's dinner was another standby, beer roasted chicken. Tonight I just did salt, pepper, and garlic, and served it with a tossed salad - arugula, romaine, cucumber, and tomatoes. Good stuff :-)
