I've reached my next weight loss goal. I'm now down a bit more than 25% of my former self. On to 30% lost!

I did my weekly weigh-in this morning, and I'm at 198.1 pounds. I made my goal of under 200 before my birthday! Yahoo! In celebration, we're making hom bao today, and I got myself a full dozen of some of my favorite Kusshi oysters.

I've lost 20% of me :-) I'm feeling so much better these days, loving the energy and easier movement. Now I'm on to my next goal, 25% of my former self lost, which will bring me under 200 pounds. I'll probably post when I cross ...

Somehow, despite eating a fair bit of junk food this past week and being well over my target points, I still lost two pounds. A full dozen oysters for me! Six Kusshi and six Sister Point - my two favorites :-)

Well, I've now lost 15% of my former self - 39 pounds so far and going strong :-)
My sleep apnea is much improved, Shaun tells me, and moving around is much easier. On to the next goal!
