This was an off the cuff meal that turned out pretty well. I served it with steamed jasmine rice.
Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks

Tonight for dinner we did dim sum. Some Ling Ling Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers, Ajinomoto Gourmet Pork Shumai Dumplings, and some homemade Asian Turkey Meatballs. We also had some steamed jasmine rice to round out the meal.

This is an easy Asian-inspired meal. The stir fry comes together quickly, and making your own teriyaki sauce is easy and delicious.
