I’ve been such a bad blogger. Here’s some of what we’ve been eating between Thanksgiving and now. Lots o’ trusty standbys, not much in the way of new things, but I’m looking forward to experimenting some with the time off for Christmas!


Tonkatsu with roasted asparagus and tomatoes

Smoked Sausage and Summer Squash (using the low fat chicken sausage)

Cornflake Chicken with roasted cauliflower and acorn squash

Sauteed Wild Mushrooms (chanterelles and shiitakes with a bit of butter and fresh thyme)

Herb Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Habanero Sauce

White Wine Braised Chicken Thighs with Brussels Sprouts

Beer Roasted Chicken

Turkey Mushroom Penne

Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs

Rosemary Garlic Rack of Lamb

Steel Cut Oatmeal

Roasted Turkey Breast – rubbed with salt, pepper, sage, rosemary, thyme, and canola oil
