An update to my pot roast recipe, this adds one small finely grated zucchini and a bit of ketchup to the broth, which adds some great body. Steven got to try a carrot and was quite a fan too. :-)

This is another variation of my usual chili recipe, this time using skirt steak instead of ground beef. The chunks of beef were a great addition, and something I'll definitely do again, but something about this bean combination was just a bit off, so I'll try something different next ...

This crockpot meal is a lovely warming meal for a drizzley lazy Sunday :) It's similar to my other beef stew recipe, but with beans and tomatoes instead of mushrooms and potatoes.
