First 5% Weight Loss Goal Met!
October 24, 2010 – 2:41 pmYahoo! I’ve lost nearly 16 pounds since September 1st and met and exceeded my first 5% weight loss goal at my weigh in this morning. I’m feeling quite encouraged with my progress 🙂 I’ve started a new ticker on my weight loss page heading towards my next goal – 10% lost. As a little reward for myself, I got some fun Halloween socks to wear this week at work. Told you I have weird taste in socks 😛

I looked at your 30 during 30 list. I also saw your tickers! I like the way you’ve got your goals structured–a little at a time! Breaking the goal down to smaller pieces would not be as overwhelming! I should consider your method! 🙂

yahoo. That first 5% has really made a difference. I like the idea of % goals- I have made the math easier for me. pounds per season. I believe the steps is the great way to succeed.

I give! I have socks for every holiday…something just for me.
I am going to look into weight watchers as
it’s working for you. I think I will sign up for weight watchers on line.
