Chicken Noodle Soup
March 31, 2010 – 6:47 pmChicken noodle soup tonight – I had a dentist appointment after work, so an easy to chew dinner was in order. Today I browned the butter a bit for more flavor, used leftover rotisserie chicken, used fiori instead of egg noodles, and used some fresh thyme since I had it on hand.
