Egg Drop Soup
September 20, 2009 – 7:06 pmThis recipe is directly from Elise of Simply Recipes. I omitted the green onions and used a generous handful of dried shiitake mushrooms as I did not have any fresh on hand. It made for a nice quick and easy light dinner.
