Chicken Fried Rice
January 4, 2009 – 10:56 amThis was an easy and quick dinner that used up some leftover rotisserie chicken from Costco. It was very tasty and just about perfect. I used this recipe by Jaden Hair, substituting about 6 oz of cooked chicken meat for the shrimp, omitting the corn starch, and omitting the green onions.
