Christmas Dinner
December 25, 2012 – 6:48 pmWe had our traditional standing rib roast for Christmas dinner today, with yorkshire pudding, au jus, herbed dinner rolls, shiitake mushrooms, and roasted brussels sprouts. A delicious meal! I hope that you are having a good holiday too!
