Stuffed Eight Ball Summer Squash and Tomato and Cucumber Salad

For dinner tonight, I made my stuffed summer squash with some fun and delicious eight ball zucchini from my CSA box. For the side, I made tomato and cucumber salad. This was a great summer meal!
