Hot and Sour Soup

I made my hot and sour soup for dinner tonight in an effort to fight off this cold that seems intent on settling back in for another round. I used 8 cups of chicken broth, 2 eggs, firm tofu (rather than extra firm), and a little more of the vinegars and pepper in this round, and I’ve got plenty for a couple delicious lunches at work this week too. 🙂

  2. LOL, I thought, I love hot and sour soup and I always wanted to make a good version at home and I’m so glad you pointed back to this recipe or I would have missed it.

    Then I noticed I had commented on the recipe in 2010. I’m going to print it out this time!
