Breakfast was some delicious duck eggs from the most recent CSA box and some pan fried diced ham.
Today was a gorgeous summer day and we enjoyed walking around some and puttering cleaning up around ...

This was a hectic week for both of us, so meals were a bit sporadic. Wednesday I roasted a whole chicken in the crock pot and it served for several meals. It got a little dried out because I had to leave it in for so long - close ...

This was a great way to use up some of the abundance of summer squash and potatoes that I'm getting in my CSA boxes. I used Raven Zucchini (basically your typical zucchini) and yellow potatoes this time, but it would work great with other summer squash and/or russet potatoes ...

Dinner tonight was simple. I preheated the oven to 425 degrees, then sprinkled chicken thighs with salt, pepper, thyme, and cayenne and popped them in the oven. I cut up about 1.5 lbs of romanesco summer squash, 1 lb each of broccoli, cauliflower, and yukon gold potatoes, and ...

This was a great easy meal! I used eggs and potatoes from my CSA boxes with some thinly sliced pork chops to make a balanced meal with the side of green salad we had.
Breakfast Skillet
Serves 4
1 lb meat of your choice, cut into small bite sized pieces (I used ...
