This recipe is inspired by one I found here that was very highly rated. My version is scaled down and has my own twists, of course. This turned out quite well, and I'm glad I gave it a try. I can definitely see doing this again over ...

This is a great recipe for a crowd. I've posted it here before, but I've made a few modifications since then, so here's how I made it today for a potluck lunch tomorrow. If you'd like to make a meal of this, grill up about a pound of chicken ...

Another of the chicken recipes adapted from this month's Cooking Light. I made enough for the two of us, and altered the herbs to suit us. This was pretty tasty and nice and fast for a weeknight.

Another take on low carb burgers - these I made with 85% lean ground beef, similarly seasoned with salt, pepper, and a bit of Worcestershire; each patty about 1/4 lb and 1/2 inch thick; and grilled for about 4 minutes on each side. To go with it, I sauteed ...

This was a tasty and easy summer meal for a lovely sunny day :-) Doing the low carb thing, we used lettuce for our buns, which worked out very nicely. We didn't miss the bread at all, which was a very pleasant surprise. ...

Yet another good launching point from Everyday Food: Great Food Fast. I omitted most of the oil and all of the butter called for, and I cooked this in the oven, but I think the grill would add a great extra dimension of flavor. We added a little ...
